Beautiful amazingly comfortable rooms with absolutely superb views of the ocean, and a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control, and a mini fridge bar. Stunning, fab location short walk to taxi or airport bus as well as a restaurant. Also, right next to the waterfront.

an ethnography museum was steps away from the hotel, really enjoyed its location right on the waterfront. the restaurant was located within 700 feet.

The room at Olivia Luxury Rooms was lovely and fantastic, making us feel right at home. It had a superb view of the ocean, and the location was great and fantastic, just a short walk away from Old Split.

The location of Olivia Luxury Rooms was absolutely amazing. Situated right on the waterfront, it was only a 20-second walk to the old town. There were plenty of restaurants around and it was conveniently located near the ferry port for island transfers and the airport shuttle. The room itself was spotless and the bed was very comfortable. I also appreciated the effort made by the manager to organize breakfast for me nearby.
I must mention that there were quite a few stairs to climb as the rooms were located on the fifth floor of an old building. Additionally, there was some surrounding noise from the nearby bars and the room faced onto a beer garden, so there was noise from patrons and bar staff cleaning up throughout the night.

This hotel is perfectly situated on the promenade, right on the waterfront, in the center of the Old Town. The rooms are elegantly designed, with comfortable beds and beautiful views over the promenade and harbor. The rooms also have air conditioning, excellent wifi, and a small fridge. Additionally, the location provides easy access to plenty of restaurants, cafes, and shops.
The hotel does not have an elevator, so guests must be prepared to climb several flights of stairs to reach their rooms.

I loved staying at Olivia Luxury Rooms in Split because the single room I stayed in was so cozy and quiet. It had soundproofing, which meant I could sleep soundly without any disturbances. The room also had a comfy seating area and a sofa where I could relax after a long day of biking. It felt like my own little hideaway!
The only thing I didn't quite fancy about the twin/double room was the private entrance. It just didn't give me that same cozy feeling as the other rooms.

Ate at the restaurant and tried the Croatian cuisine, yummy! Stayed right in the center of the city, so convenient. Enjoyed the free WiFi, made it easy to share all the amazing things I was doing.
Climbing all those stairs was such a thrill, nothing better than a good workout with heavy suitcases!
